Co-Founder of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Joe currently heads the Association's Ethics and Standards of Practice Committee. InterNACHI is the World's Premier Home Inspection Association, boasting more than 15,000 Members globally. Joe is also a member of CCPIA (Certified Commercial Property Inspection Association).
Recently retired from the Home Inspection Industry, Joe still inspects Commercial buildings and establishments, as well as providing comprehensive Consulting Services to property owners.
A Nationally Recognized Trainer of inspectors, Joe has held many industry certifications, and provides Expert Witness testimony when called upon.
Joe has been an FHA/HUD Licensed 203k Consultant for more than 20 years, and is authorized to provide these services in CT, NY, NJ, DE & MD.
